Project Description:
The Consolidated Borough of Quil Ceda Village is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified architecture firms for the design of the new QCV Administration Building. The scope of work for the Project includes, but is not limited to, the preparation of concept and construction drawings, contract specifications and bid development, building permit assistance, and opinions of probable cost for the construction of the new facility. Firms interested in the Request for Qualifications should submit a Letter of Interest and a Statement of Qualifications no later than 2:00 PM on March 19, 2025.
