Teressa Meece
Teresa Meece is a proud Tulalip Tribal member with over 34 years of dedicated service to the Tulalip Tribes, including more than 28 years in leadership roles. She currently serves as the Interim General Manager of Quil Ceda Village (QCV), overseeing municipal operations, including Public Works, Tulalip Data Services, and City Administration.
Her leadership style balances strategic vision with operational efficiency to ensure city services are efficient, responsive, and community focused. She leads with integrity and mentorship, guided by the belief that today’s decisions impact the next seven generations.
Teresa spent 14 years at Tulalip Resort Casino in marketing and gaming and has served on the Snohomish County Tourism Board and the American Indian Alaska Native Tourism Association (AIANTA). She also oversees the Tulalip Lights & Ice event, which draws tens of thousands of visitors and community members each year.
Teresa values time with her family and community. She lives in Darrington, Washington, and considers her daily drive through the Cascade Mountains as a time for reflection, peace, and continued learning.
