City Administration
The City Administration division serves as the central hub for the daily operations of the Consolidated Borough of Quil Ceda Village, ensuring that essential services, programs, and administrative functions are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with the Village Council's vision and direction.
City Administration oversees a broad range of municipal services, including finance, taxation, regulatory services, code enforcement, public safety management, wetland program management, records management, and Village Council operations. The department coordinates council agendas, prepares meeting materials, maintains official records, and promotes transparency and accountability throughout local government.
As the link between the Village Council and the Village's management team, the City Administrator provides leadership and oversight to ensure council policies, priorities, and strategic initiatives are effectively implemented. The department works collaboratively across all Village functions to promote operational excellence, fiscal responsibility, regulatory compliance, and high-quality public service.
Public safety is a key responsibility of City Administration, including oversight and coordination of public safety services, emergency preparedness initiatives, intergovernmental partnerships, and policies that help protect residents, businesses, and community resources.
