RFP for QCV Storage Building Roof Replacement

The Consolidated Borough of Quil Ceda Village is soliciting proposals from qualified firms with experience in commercial metal roofing who possess the staff, expertise, and resources to remove and replace approx. 48,000 SF of existing metal roofing, sheathing, underlayment, hardware, and components at the QCV Storage Building located at 2611 91St NE, Tulalip, WA 98271. The successful bidder will supply all labor, materials, and equipment to perform the work. All work for the project to be completed by 10/1/2026.

A Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 5, 2026 at 10:00 AM at:

All bidders are encouraged to attend this pre-bid meeting and to visit the project site to acquaint themselves with the local conditions under work to be performed, correlate personal observations with the requirements of Bid and Contract Documents.
